Join BH/GLAAR's Global Committee for the 2019 Japan Trade Mission.

For this trip, we are collaborating with Washington State and would like to gather attendees from both boards. Of course, members' spouses and guests are welcomed.

Here are some points of the Japan Trade Mission:

• Trip Date: 8/31 (Sat) – 9/09 (Mon) *8 nights stay in Japan
  
• Cost: Land Package (Hotels for 8 nights, admission of IREC, transportation in Japan, meals). *Airfare shall be paid by the attendee.

A) Including Hiroshima stay

  　　$2,750 per person – Double Occupancy or $3,500 per person - Single Occupancy

B) Excluding Hiroshima (Kyoto extra stay)

  　　$2,450 per person – Double Occupancy or $3,200 per person - Single Occupancy

1. Participating IREC - IREC is the fifth annual international conference in Asia-Pacific region. It is a great opportunity to make connections with real estate professionals in one of the world's most dynamic regions. The hosts are the Japanese Government Ministry of Land, Infrastructure & Tourism and JARECO. NAR is supporting the conference as a strategic partner. 2. Property tours - You will see properties in different cities such as Tokyo, Nagoya and Kyoto to get a better understanding of the investment opportunities in Japan.
3. Visit a real estate association of the Sister City of Los Angeles - We will visit a local real estate association of Nagoya which is the Sister City of Los Angeles. This is a great opportunity to make relationships with the local board.
4. Exploring Japan - You will see Japanese culture, history and customs which have been formed in one of the most densely populated countries. Great food also!
