The Charitable Foundation is a 501(c)3 organization supported by the generous voluntary contributions of the Beverly Hills/Greater Los Angeles Association of REALTORS® (BH/GLAAR) members. Each year thousands of REALTORS® contribute an average of $10 to promote the well-being of Los Angeles communities, particularly those with the greatest need. Thanks to their generosity, a seven member board was able to direct over $15,000 towards incredible organizations such as:

(1) People Assisting The Homeless (PATH)

(2) Downtown Women’s Center (DTWC)

(3) Upward Bound House

(4) LGBT Center

(5) The Midnight Mission

(6) Safe Place for Youth (S.P.Y)

(7) Covenant House California

(8) New Image Emergency Shelter

“The diversity of these organizations and the people they serve match the diversity of our board and association,” said Charitable Foundation Chair Rosanne Howard. “We’re so pleased to be able to support their work.”

REALTORS® don’t just write checks either. BH/GLAAR’s C.A.R.E Project conducts monthly community outreaches at the Downtown Women’s Center, P.A.T.H., Socks & Sacks, etc.
