On Friday, June 9th the Centennial Club met at George Petrelli's in Culver City for our Annual 'Rent Control' Legislative Luncheon.
We had a sold out room of BH/GLAAR Members who contribute $148+ to the REALTOR Action Fund.
Rich Kissel, Public Policy Committee Vice Chair was our host and moderator for the day. We had speakers from the incorporated cities in our territory speaking about recent changes and updates to laws regarding Rent Control.
