THANK YOU FOR YOUR INTEREST IN JOINING THE GREATER LOS ANGELES REALTORS®. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE CALENDAR YEAR FOR REALTOR® MEMBERSHIP IS JANUARY 1ST – DECEMBER 31ST, NO MATTER WHAT MONTH YOU JOIN THE ASSOCIATION.

Membership Applications

Applications are processed in the order they are received between the hours of 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Please allow 2-3 business days for membership staff to complete your application.


REALTOR® ApplicationLicensed salesperson joining GLAR. Your broker must be a member of this association in order for you to join. 




Membership Change Forms


Office Transfer Form - This form is required and must be filled out if a salesperson is transferring to another real estate brokerage.


Member Change Form - This form must be filled out if a member needs to update a change of address, name, phone number or email address.


Termination Form - This form must be turned in to GLAR if a salesperson is no longer employed with the brokerage. The information must also be updated with the Bureau of Real Estate through e-licensing at www.bre.ca.gov or by filling out form RE214 (for licensed agents) or form RE214A (for restricted licensees) and mailing it to the Bureau of Real Estate.


Other Important Membership Forms


Letter of Good Standing - Secondary members and association transfer members MUST include a letter of good standing. You may request a letter of good standing by sending an email request to [email protected]. Please include your first and last name as well as your membership number. Please indicate the email address that you would like to receive your letter of good standing.


Credit Card Authorization Form - Use this form when submitting credit card information for processing payments.
